An invitation to the August Smart Lock System (step-by-step guide) will be sent a day or two before your arrival.

Unless otherwise discussed with the owner, the code will turn on at 4 pm on your check-in date and will turn off at 11 am at check-out time. Please make sure to be on time as we have a quick turnaround and our cleaners need their full time.

  • NO BURNING OF CANDLES: due to fire insurance (& wax damage to our property).

  • TRASH: Place ALL your trash in the garbage cans in front of the house (if you are facing the house trash is on the left side and recycling is on the right).

  • LIGHTS: Turn off in all rooms

  • WINDOWS & DOORS: Make sure all are locked.

Helpful Tips:

Check under the bed, in drawers, and in the closets for any belongings you might have left behind. Friendly reminder, to log out of your streaming service on the TVs. As much as you can, put things back where you found them and leave all charging cables belonging to the house in their place for future guest use.

Safe travels home! If there were any problems, or you have any suggestions, email me and let me know how I can improve.

Thanks again!
